Titus Contracting has just started work on an exciting new design/build project in the beautiful Minnehaha Creek area of South Minneapolis.
There are several main aspects to this project, the first being a second story owners’ suite addition. Our experienced contractors will also be removing a main floor bedroom and bathroom in order to expand the kitchen area for a large gourmet kitchen remodel, and the addition of a mudroom. A new half bath will be created in a more convenient location on the main floor.
Here’s a “before” 3D walk-through of the home. Once the remodel is complete, we will have photos of the finished project.
The finished project will respect the vintage of the home while creating the space, function and style the homeowners are after. This includes many energy efficient upgrades such as new gourmet appliances, more energy efficient mechanicals, LED lighting throughout, and even hot water in-floor heat!
