Are you starting to think that maybe you and your family are outgrowing your home? Minneapolis residents have trusted us for years for all of their home renovation projects, so give us a call to see how we can help you!
Titus Contracting is a full-service residential remodeling company that employs quality craftsmen and other experienced and knowledgeable staff members. We can walk you through the entire home additions process step by step to ensure you are getting the exact home addition you are looking for!
Home Additions Design Process
The first step to getting you the home addition you want is to meet with you and review your remodeling project. We will take measurements and dimensions, and then we will meet with you again to go over a preliminary scope of work and an estimated investment range.
From there, we will formalize your project with a signed Project Development Agreement. And that is when the real fun begins on the home additions project! We will begin to design the addition and will present you with conceptual plans so you can start getting a feel for what the end result will be. You tell us what you like and don’t like and we’ll take it from there.
Then we will hire your subcontractors. They will come to your home to take a look at what needs to be done, and you will have a chance to meet them and ask questions. As we are collecting bids from them and doing the grunt work, like getting the necessary work permits, you will be out shopping and picking out items like carpeting and light fixtures.
Finally, you will be presented with a complete scope of work and we can get together to fine tune everything so you are fully comfortable with the work we will do.
After that, we are ready to start your home remodeling project!
